As a person in the manufacturing sector, why would anyone get into manufacturing? Compensation sucks, filthy environment and even though the hourly rate is higher taxes claw back most gains. It’s the same for healthcare or any other skilled trade. Hence why there are shortages, gov. has created this situation , change needs to come to rectify it.
More investment in the union.
That’ll be all the record investment over the 9 years since we voted to remain I suppose.
Normally you try to be as anti union as possible, but you keep sharing the benefits lately. Has the SNP’s recent behaviour changed your mind or something?
