    Bit cheeky if he is guilty… Given that state of things he’ll probably lose the criminal case, win the civil case and never see the inside of a prison or workplace again

  3. If the murder happened in 2023 and he’s 19 now. He must have been a week shy of his 18th birthday.

  4. Fucker and friend killed a woman on xmas eve.. and feels his human rights are being neglected?

  5. I see he’s changed his last name since his last court appearance.

  6. I can’t see him winning, surely it would open the door for other cases to be appealed/reviewed? The Law wasn’t in effect when he committed the crime, and it’s not now either. Tough luck
