Its number on building youre looking for I guess. DOnt know what is č.
č.p./č.or – číslo popisné / číslo orientační
That means both of the house numbers (Like Vymyšlená ulice 420/69).
Note: If the house is in a village, it may have only one number.
PSČ – poštovní směrovací číslo = ZIP code/postal code
