The PSNI has said it is attempting to find a woman who exposed herself at a Twelfth of July parade in Belfast.
Images on social media showed Clodagh Byrne marching alongside the parade wearing an Orange sash, a bowler hat and tights, as she exposed one of her breasts along the Lisburn Road in south Belfast. She was also carrying a bodhran drum.

In an update on Tuesday, a spokesperson for the PSNI said it is investigating reports of a woman “exposing herself during a parade in Belfast on Friday, July 12”.

“A suspect has been identified and enquiries are ongoing to locate her,” they added.

In a statement released on Saturday, the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland (GOLI) said the individual involved in the social media video is “in no way associated with the Orange Institution or the band pictured”.

“Marshals repeatedly removed her from the parade however she continued to walk alongside various bands,” it said. “Police are aware of the incident and are investigating.”

  14. Funny of the orange order had to clarify that this person was not a member. The fact that she has a breast, never mind flashed one, tells everyone she is not allowed to be a member of their order.
