AFAIK all these virtual meetings and roll calls were always already planned even before Biden’s debate implosion, so I wouldn’t really read too much into the media’s takes about these events, because they’re definitely going to try and play up the supposed CHAOS and CONFLICT of every single action and discussion. Because that’s what they thrive on.

    Call your reps and senators if they’re Dems and tell them you want Biden to step down; otherwise sitting here dooming over every headline is pretty much useless, and exactly what the media wants you to do lol

  8. If Biden stays in, then every other democrat has to get off their fucking ass and go on the campaign trail and campaign for him, since he isn’t able to communicate effectively by himself.

    Sell him as a package of people, as oppose to this insane nonsense of american individualism where he is the ONLY GUY that can beat trump, kinda like most other countries where we just vote for a fucking party/brand. Bernie, Jeffries etc all of them, get them the fuck out there.

  10. The question for people who are still saying they want Biden to stand aside is do you want Harris as candidate? Cos that is the reality if Biden steps down. Anyone who thinks that offering a bame woman from California to American voters is some kind of winning strategy is just deluding themselves at this point. That is a recipe for out of the frying pan and in to the fire defeat. The country has already suffered a change in Trump’s ordeal, the last thing you want to do is switch Biden out in another change. She will be elected by nobody other than Biden, so it will annoy primary voters who voted Biden and not make her very popular with even her own base if she is coronated without a primary. Any undecideds will instantly make their minds up if you make Harris the candidate
