trying to recover email, but when I sign in to the telnor portal to recover password it ask’s me to confirm email code that was send to the same email, 😤😤😤

  2. Do you have a Telenor ID? You should since their e-mail was turned into a paid service a while back, anyway you can log in there and reset the e-mail password. If you also don’t remember the Telenor ID password contact their support by phone I guess.

    If you never set up the paid service the old account is probably suspended if not outright deleted by now also. I think they actually made us opt out (there was some hubbub about that), but I guess if they had no payment information for you they could not send any bills and cut it off at some point.
