What a mess, china just squandered billion of cash and is turning its trade partners away due to over capacity and dumping the outcomes of its ridiculous mis allocation of capital on the world to try in desperation to save itself. Thankfully, the world even BRICS members are tired of this and adding tariffs in parallel with the west

3. I mean I guess its good if they dump that capacity in Africa and the developing world. Would be great if they accidentally subsidized their development operating their lines at a loss.
