  9. Why not go for frimpong instead, his clause is only 40 mil. I know his defense isnt Carvajal level but you could say the same about Trent. Hé would be perfect if we go for Xabi Alonso in the future.

  13. Ohh god no. Imo we should get a right back who’s atleast somewhat capable defensively. This mf will get cooked day in day out. Also what’s this subs obsession with Trent ?

  14. His agent using Real Madrid to get a new contract with Liverpool, nothing to see there.

    Not to mention Liverpool is gonna ask nothing short of 100M for a player in his last year of contract, and of course we wont offer nothing remotely close.

    From a sporting perspective he’d be a good signing. He’s no Mendy defensively but he’s a baller, and Xabi Alonso plays a 3 CB line so he might be a great addition for us in 2025.

    But this summer i doubt he’ll come, unless Liverpool really wants to sell for a reasonable price (so less than 50M).
