Meet the young conservative pushing the Republican Party on climate

1. I know it’s far from the majority view but do you think the stance of the party could change over time? I just hate only having two parties because it’s hard to have crossover candidates who can bridge the divide on certain issues 

   I think if we’re going to be serious about climate change, we have to not just eliminate fossil fuel use but drawdown emissions through DAC and other programs as well as make our cities more walkable and have High Speed Rail to reduce dependence on cars

3. As a liberal who cares about climate, I tried to read this guys book and put it down in the middle of the first chapter. Super negative about the left’s version of climate legislation and a few false statements. Something about how we don’t need to drive EVs, just change agriculture. I’d love to see a climate scientist review the book.

4. No matter what he says, it isn’t going to make them care, especially since not caring angers their opponents.

5. If climate is an issue you care about then vote for it. We all know what party will encourage green electricity and other measures to end fossil fuels. Vote.
