Hello everyone.
From my searching online I couldn't find out what was the reason I received this parking fine. The fact that I got it doesn't bother me much, I just want to find out what I did wrong so that I do not repeat the same mistake next time I go to Latvia.
It was a weird sight. 5 cars in a row had these red tickets. Me and other people I was with couldn't find what could've been the issue with my car and the rest that got fined.
I would appreciate your input, please and thank you!

It quite literally states the name of the parking zone where the violation was made, as well as the exact point of rules that was broken.
