I like how you can see the biggest cities in Slovakia and the High Tatras where people from these cities voted on their holiday.
1914 borders are still visible today in Poland. Mindblowing.
Belgium being Belgium
Can really see the east/west germany border there. Also where all the Hungarians live in Romania.
Also Flanders/Wallonia and the Basque and Catalan areas in Spain.
I wonder how, i wonder why
You know it’s German when black is used for centre-right and light blue for far-right. generally, black is for the far-right and light blue for liberalism/centre-right.

Don’t know about the rest of the countries but, for Spain at least, the classification left/right does not make any sense anymore.
Why is it cropped?
Wow, what a nice map. I really like the level of detail. What’s the source?
Having center right black and far right light blue is a bit confusing. Usually is the other way around.
Is it for Germany really right extremist? Isn’t it more right populist?
3,5 EU countries are missing from this map.
is the Netherlands the only country where a lot of different parties win their municipality? And if so, why is that?
Edit: I think southern Italy and France are similar, but the size of municipality is too small to notice.
Estonia, Finland parts of Portugal and Greece, a big part of Sweden are not shown in the map.
This shows something about the map maker.
I guess we can’t vote anymore.
Why the odd split in austra down the middle?
Funny how this puts PO and PiS right next to each other politically if you consider they present themselves as opposites in virtually every domestic issue lol. And it’s not even that wrong when you consider their positions and record.
Although if Tusk were a newcomer, he would probably join liberals. They started as classic EPP, but right now are closer to liberals for sure.
My English is a little rusty 🤷
Apparently, someone has decided that Finland is no longer part of the union.
Which website is this?
I would just like to extend my gratitude to our German friends for giving the UK the most badass name ever.
You can see the borders of the turkish invasions in croatia.
Romanua seems to have a problem right in the middle.
What country is “Laibach”?
I can’t get over how it mistakes Laibach for Slowenien
Why are the town names so mixed: some have the german name, some the english one and some the native language one. In some cases they are mixed even within a country.
I would argue that all of bavaria should be colored as populist.
