TBH having shot gun is pretty good vs FPV’s. Increases you chances by quite a bit.
I Bet it is not uneffective against fpv-drones to get them 15-20m away….specially with 6mm buckshot

Maybe, smoke grenades could also be effective? Drones are battery powered so the have a limited time over target areas. A drone is attacking, let loose smoke so they can’t see the target, while the target makes use of the cover to find a place to hide?

I saw a recent video in which elite forces in the US (Navy Seals, Rangers and Marines) now get clay pidgeon shooting as a std course through their training as anti drone combat. Indeed Skeet training is the best way to manage FPV’s and Mavic’s… I guess un to 30-50 mtr height/distance?
That helmet looks older than him, very WW2, these guys are working with ancient equipment.
