Tattoo artist recommends fineline

I had a tattoo done in the style of the picture by a wonderful tattoo artist in London.
But I live in Germany and am therefore looking for someone who engraves a similar style.
I have a rough idea of ​​what I would like to get as a tattoo and am now looking for someone who might be interested in doing it.
My thought is to make a complete sleeve with Harry Potter, books and reading and travel Motivs, plus maybe a quote. As a connection or for spaces in between, I would have thought of flowers and vines like the pictures shows.
