As an American, I can understand the argument that UkRaInE iS a CoRruPt CoUnTry and we shouldn’t be giving them all this aid (Note: I 100% disagree with this, but I do understand it).
What I absolutely do NOT understand is how any red blooded American is against turning off the meat grinder. ruZZia is unequivocally not our friend, so seeing their army get systematically dismantled at a very low cost to us should be every American’s wet dream.
I personally believe that we should continue to give aid for moral reasons as well, but I just don’t understand how every Joe Six-Pack isn’t jumping for joy at this once in a lifetime opportunity we as Americans are getting to see the ruZZian bear declawed for a generation.

Russia is not your friend. The undermining of the US is a stated aim, which they have been undertaking across a broad spectrum of battlefields, including in your borders, in your social media, your businesses. Ukraine is just unfortunate to be their current physical focus, but make no mistake, it’s a road marker on their way to your demise.
Simply put, JD Vance is most anti-Ukrainian Senator in the US. Aside from his 100% anti-Ukrainian voting record, he goes above and beyond to promote Russian narratives: Ukraine cannot win, Ukraine should cede land to end the war, Ukraine is corrupt and the US is writing it blank checks. I’ve had a personal interaction with a Senator’s aide who told me a disturbing story about JD Vance laughing during a meeting about Ukraine.
I know there are still some who consider that Trump might be an improvement over Biden. I know your arguments well and have written before about why I find this unlikely. Choosing JD Vance as VP makes this prospect even more remote.
