The 83rd Brigade was the spear against the Russians and were attacked by locals. After suppressing them they saw that the people were afraid of them. They thought they were going to be killed.

    There are videos of this with first person recounts of the soldiers… who are locals!!! Why would they kill their kin?…

30. Most anti-Ukraine is either anti-war and Bernie might give such a speech, or they pick Russian talking points or reward naked aggression. Putin sees state lines as arbitrary and has a point given how Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia broke up, you should do it peacefully though. I think it was half and half and might have gotten their separation but given Putin's actions and decimation of the area has probably made those areas solid Ukranian. Trump dismantling the US military into something resembling Russia or Ukraine has a lot more political traction with possible Trump voters than anything in the Middle east, a left winger may not vote at all over Israel but not vote for Trump directly.
