  1. Loved rabiot, but now that he’s gone I can’t wait to see how our new midfield would work together fr 🦅

  2. Not hurt over this one, but really appreciate his time with us.

He was solid and his stats always looked better on paper than the field. He had some really rough spells until he had one year left on his contract (half kidding).

He was pretty reliable as a hard worker, making the easy shots/passes, maintaining control, but I never felt he could live up to an ambitious needs which is why I feel we can have a more proactive player in the role.

  3. I’m willing to bet anyone that he won’t get that salary, unless he goes to Arabia

  4. He was always a good player for us. Reliable, available, and all over the place. I appreciate him staying for so long even during our tough times and he has definitely been our best midfielder over that stretch. That being said, he is not the creative force we need and I think we’ll be better off moving on at this point and giving our new signings and our younger midfielders more time. Good luck Rabiot and thank you for your time at the club!

  5. Yep, definitely Koopmeiners music I’m hearing now. Anyways thank you for everything Rabiot and hopefully you’ll find the club that will give you those sort of wages, even tho it’s looking increasingly probable that it’s not gonna happen

  6. Good player but mentality wise I never felt like he had grinta or a ton of ambition.

That’s why, imo, Vlahovic gets a lot of patience from the fan base. Winners mentality even when he’s not in form.

Rabiot always seems like he’s there for the paycheck and when things are going well there’s a bit of passion but when things are not, he’s pretty checked out. I’d rather our core senior players are more like Dusan, Danilo, and Chiesa vs Rabiot and Locatelli that appear quiet and content.

  7. Same old story with Rabiot. Slightly above average player that always turns it on in his last contract year. Did that at PSG as well. Not worth the salary in my uneducated opinion.

  8. Never been happy to the back of a player since Cancelo left.

  9. I’m glad our team is getting rid of high salaries and players that don’t want to wear the shirt with pride. Rabiot had flashes of a world class midfielder but never really lived up to his true potential. FORZA JUVE!

  10. He checked out once Allegri left. He was one of his loyalists. Makes sense

  11. No sweat, we can use that money to keep Chiesa and sign our younger upcoming Gen players… Rabiot asking for 8-10 million a year is a joke

  12. Appreciate the one good season he gave us, but au revoir!
