  1. Well see its a public sector award so chances are Eir won all the tenders because the tendering process is so fair and unbiased

  2. Cancelled my eir broadband today. The Three hotspot is just as fast and 1/2 the cost. On hold 15 mins each time. First guy was insufferable. I actually made an official complaint. 2nd lady actually did what I asked. Slippery cunts. Let’s see if I get that 2-day response from a supervisor…Also requiring 30d notice to ensure you pay 1 more bill is just cherry. Will save 600 euro this year. 66/month is not justified for 50 mbit DSL

  3. my contract started in the middle of December. Still no broadband in sight. Engineer came twice, scratched his head, and left

  4. Tweet is locked, comments switched off, all replies to all tweets turned off. They had to really… they’d be eaten alive by the public with harsh words, can’t have that on a social media platform…

  5. Lasted two months with Eir. Nice co workers, calls were like playing russian roulette. I seen a lot of people passed around and when promised call backs never ever called back.

When the call started with immediately “take a look at my notes” you knew it wasnt going to be good.
