  1. Mine is in English too. One thing that I can’t work out though, there’s 100 micrograms and 100 doses at 6 micrograms per dose, now where I come from that equals 600 micrograms?

  3. We do this all the time, we use parallel imports of medication because it’s cheaper, often made in exactly the same factory as the UK brand but packaged differently for another market. They should have a sticker on the box which was in English, and if it were tablets they’d have stickers on the blisters as well, but we wouldn’t bust into the protective foil of an inhaler to slap a sticker on it, so it’s Bulgarian inside
