Hi everyone
Has anyone had any experience of dealing, having work done by these guys? Currently doing the rounds in north Belfast.
Any info greatly appreciated.

  1. Well the real Unique Drives and Patios LTD is registered in Tamworth and has an appropriate area code on their phone number. The one in your flyer has a Northern Ireland Area code and does not exist on companies house.

    It’s not looking good.

    Their listed office address is an office hire space and their yelp and Google reviews links aren’t links at all.

  2. Nothing potential about it, I’d put money on them being cowboys going by that flyer alone.

  9. 100%. If I’m right they were Global drives a couple of years ago. Had the 30% back then as well. Lad called Martin was sort of in charge. If you phone you might get him or Jack.

  11. If you think they are cowboys or they have acted untoward then contact trading standards. They might have further information or you will be likely protecting people against a potential scam.

  12. I’ve found that decent tradesmen/builders don’t need to go door to door with flyers looking work.
