   He escaped jail, made a theft, made illegal crossing with plans to make more and then killed foreign policeman and wounded another one. What a streak and police in Kosovo didn’t catch him after he commited first two things.

After the failed Serbian terrorist attack of Banjska on 24th of September Serbian gov has been limping to manufacture a both-sideism crisis for months.

12. For context: Serbian government considered UcK to be a terrorist organization. Individual was part of UcK and was arrested for a murder of an international peacekeeper in Kosovo. He came armed and prepared to the least secured Serbian border with Bosnia and started to shoot after the border guard took his ID and requested to see what was in a bag next to him. Western countries considered UcK to be a terrorist organization until 1997 when they removed the designation because they started to arm UcK against the Serbian government.
