The second Garda to get off a drink driving conviction in the last 2 weeks
I’ve a little more faither in the Guards each passing day.
Yeah we should put our faith in the Guards. Serious integrity.

If I find somebody next to their overturned, still-warm car, test them positively for blood alcohol content, and they admit to me – as a Garda – that they a) were driving and b) were drunk: what other *reasonable* chain of events can we envision to have lead to this situation?
I feel like I’ve been taking crazy pills here.

His face is very squishy. I assume that’s from the crash. Incontrovertible proof IMO
If only he had cannabis in his system instead of alcohol. Straight to jail
A caricature artist would say; *”I can do very little with this.”* after seeing him.
More and more Gardai in court these days for one thing or another….. Doesn’t look good.
I suspect his colleagues intentionally fumbled the technicalities when dealing with him.
So if the car is still warm , we know the time rate of heat loss then we can calculate when the accident occurred
Probably with Nóirín O’Sullivan’s phone
I got done for speeding lately but what I’m learning here is that if I get pissed and then speed there’s a higher chance of getting away with it
