My sister lives in Aberdeen and is a dentist overseas. She needs to get certification of a copy of passport from the following people to be registered for the dental exam therr.
She doesnt know what to do.
Her documents are stuck due to this.
Can somebody pls be kind enough to help?

Notary public is a lawyer, pop in to any high street solicitors office and ask if they will do it. They will charge a small fee.
Go to a local solicitors office. They will be able to help.
