  1. I just don’t understand Burke’s end goal, rightfully or wrongfully dismissed, why would you want to go back to a workplace that doesn’t want you? Even if he won every case tomorrow, it would still be an incredibly awkward environment for himself more than anyone.

  2. Two Bachelor degrees and a Masters. So smart yet wasted on nonsense.

    The power of indoctrination.

  3. So what odds then, when the school reopens in August, Enoch turns up again and has to be chucked in jail again? Seems like a dead cert right? It’s beyond a farce at this stage, these family members are pests and think they’re beyond the laws of our land.

Our prisons are beyond capacity yet one birth has to be kept for a religious nuisance who can’t accept a simple court order, born out of his own maniacal sense of martyrdom and inability to behave professionally with his employer. Again. Cos he and his think they’re beyond our laws.

  4. Well Enoch, if you stir the shit you gotta lick the spoon!

I think he originally thought he’d kick up a fuss and things would go his way. That’s how they do it in his family.

He didn’t realise the school and the State wouldn’t back down as he thought they would and now he finds himself in a very embarrassing and very expensive situation.

Instead of being a champion of free speech, he’s unintentionally made himself a laughing stock and an object of ridicule.

  5. If any of them ever mature enough to transcend their upbringing and overcome their continued dominance by their mother (highly unlikely), they’re going to go through hell mentally and emotionally.

  6. >We’re gonna lose so much, you may even get tired of losing. And you’ll say, ‘Please, please. It’s too much losing. We can’t take it

    Enoch Burke, 2024, allegedly

  7. Why are people STILL writing articles abt him? It’s like beating a dead horse, at this point

  8. You almost have to admire how after defeat after defeat after defeat they still suit up for the next defeat

  9. Isn’t his litigation over the dismissal itself still open? This is just about the restraining order. Why is this case taking so long?

  10. A lot of people are missing the point. He wasn’t suspended over using incorrect pronouns for a student, he was suspended for publicly harassing his boss (the principal) at a school mass and following her to her car, to the point other staff members had to intervene. He was sacked, you know, like how any other job would work if you harassed a fellow staff member.

  11. This man has been battling the courts for so long. So long that there was a section in last years Paddy’s day parade in Ballyjamesduff just for him

  12. He may think he’s on a righteous mission, but his insistence to hang around a children’s school where he is court mandated to stay away from is a massive red flag.
    Dont be zealots, kids.

  13. Just let these weirdos fade into obscurity. The whole family are strange.

  14. If anyone ever gets a cv from any of this family, they need to avoid them like the plague.

The hassle they cause is mind blowing. The sister with her fight with the large law firm was fascinating.

  15. I’m sure he’ll respect this judgement and that this will be the end of it

  16. If he keeps breaking the restraining order he should get a sentence of a few years

  17. Have any of this family escaped their little cult? A couple of the Phelps did manage to get away from the Westoboro cult and become normal decent human beings which was admirable I thought.
