I’ve been trying to find tracks whose style is similar to that one but to no avail, so I thought perhaps someone here has been listening to techno for long enough to tell me!

Probably no help, but have you tried the song or artist radio for Klangkuenstler on Spotify? Maybe you can at least branch out your search from there.
Aka Aka is the closest I know.
Is by far not my favourite subgenre and calling it techno is kinda hilarious.
