I’m not sure I believe this, it would imply that some Russians *can* learn.
Doesn’t really make sense to me. Apart from a few explosions at some infrastructure or military sites, nothing of much influence on tourism has been hit on Crimea. Ukraine doesn’t go killing civilians on beaches, as the Russians would do. As long as no Ukrainian boots are maching on Crimea, it’s probably still safer than much of Russia lol.
