I’m going to the Crystal Palace Bowl for the first time next weekend and I would like to hear from people that have been. Do you just arrive with a blanket or two and a little picnic?

I asked ticketmaster as my ticket says “Standing” but they were no help at all.

So, what’s the deal, arrive with a blanket, sit on the grass and enjoy?

  2. We were at Bloc Party a couple of weeks ago, and were able to take a blanket. I’m not sure whether you’d be on the same stage (not pictured), or elsewhere – as Jungle played the Crystal Palace Bowl a couple of years ago and also weren’t on the lake.

    Either way, a blanket might be ok, although I’m not sure if they’d be happy to let you in with a full picnic!
