    Further, the same study found that college-educated women initiate divorce at an even higher rate of 90 percent.

My own mother gets all her news via my father. She might question something that is homophobic but they watch Fox. She doesn’t care to think critically.

    People on the right believe very firmly in hierarchy, with God at the top and trans kids at the bottom. There are several rungs of men above women on this ladder. Many of these women were taught that their calling is to love, honor, and obey. They even plesged those exact words to their husbands.

    In a Mormon women’s group my friend attended once, they were bragging about how they don’t give their kids guidelines or rules. They just punish them out of the blue. That’s how they learn. That’s how they learn that the hierarchy is the most critical part of their culture.

Women have fought hard for decades for respect for their accomplishments and these republican women who are so brainwashed by the aura of Trump are helping republicans take us way back.   40. I recently watched the series Mrs. America, about the anti-feminist women during the 70s and 80s who fought against the Equal Rights Amendment. They were fighting for their right to stay in the home and be mothers and homemakers. They organized quite an effort against the feminists. They put in so much, working day and night, for the movement they hypocritically became the working women they were fighting against. And they were met with sexism in a misogynistic man’s world. It was a bitter pill to swallow.

    If you’re a woman and anti-feminist (and I see feminism today in much broader terms – less stereotypical) you are fighting against yourself. You’re undermining your own worth.
