2. First of all: My sympathy to the bereaved of the attack.

   Well, if one lies, he has to do it consistently.
   In this case the Russian government and propagandists.

   But one Russian propagandist is even worse according to:

   This Russian propagandist is disgusting of course.
   But he has openly admitted that it was a deliberate Russian attack.

   But he publishes on targrad tv, Alexander Dugin’s propaganda site.
   Theoretically this guy could have now a window accident.
   It looks like this article is even too hot for Tsargrad.

   The tsargrad domain name can’t be resolved in Germany, but with a trick I could get there,
   search for one word from the article and the results there are is this snippet:

   But when I wanted to go to the article, I got “404 Not Found”.
   Also a search for
   Детская больница в Киеве – не случайность. Пора это признать и перестать бояться
   with google returned results and in my case the second hit was
   dzen ru, a Russian social network – also a 404.

   (The first hit was from Echo FM, Berlin with criticism, there are further hits.)

3. Confusion is the purpose. They simply have even less of an argument on this one.

4. Russia doesn’t care about lies or truth just about their agenda.
