My dad ordered some plants and I won’t say the company is stereotyping its customer base but

  1. Imagine the scene, you’ve had a lovely meal and a glass of wine but due to your loss of hearing you slip in the bath, and press your personal alarm. That’s the life for me.

  2. Ever watched the ITV channels during the daytime?

    Targeted ads galore.

  3. I’d feel less inclined to order something from there again if they’re adding no less than 5 leaflets along with your purchase!

Seems cheap that they’d be trying to make even more money from you by selling these ads

  4. Where’s the funeral plan and the will? I get them all the time, even online because of course that’s what gets a 50-something’s juices flowing.

  5. They appear to have missed the stairlift and Wiltshire Farm Food fliers

  6. I’m sick of seeing those Naked Wine “cheques”.

Maybe it’s just me getting old but they seem to be included with almost everything I order.

    Oh, wait a minute…….

  7. I always get those wine coupons when ordering large volumes of books.

  8. What, no funeral plan leaflets? No over fifties insurance?

  9. Did he have to put his DOB in to sign up or something? I order plants but I usually get wine leaflets in mine…

  10. It’s probably from actual data rather than stereotyping which is sometimes the same thing
