  1. I have the same number since then with a different pre fix, and I can’t remember was it always 7 digits or maybe 6 and they added a number to the front at some stage, or that could of maybe only be the house phone.

  2. I think I was about 14 when the pay as you go phones came out. I presumed you physically inserted the card into the mobile like a call card. My mind was completely blown when I learned you key in the number to retriever your credit. I still think about this from time to time.
