This was taken near The Melita, at 35 Charlwood Street.
You’re looking at buildings across the river around Nine Elms. The round one is the St George Wharf tower. The others are just random residential tower blocks, not sure if they have “names”.
East side of the Nine elms estate. Only the round one is occupied, the one next to it is supposed to be a hotel. It connects to a small building next to it, I believe it is the gymnasium, sauna, etc.
Maybe some student accommodation behind those.
Try google Maps for building names
The building in the middle is St George’s wharf tower.
The building to the left of it is called Damac tower.
The building to the right is One Nine Elms which has two towers.
The next one along on the right is Nine Elms Square.
And hiding in plain sight is a nine-foot dragon 🐉
edit: actually I might have got that wrong; for a moment I thought it was St Mary le Bow
