  1. This is what needs to be done if the US really wanted to stop attacks on shipping in the red sea. Make it impossible, or at least much more difficult for Iran to ship the missiles there. Destroy all the ports or start sinking ships trying to enter them. Or, since that would be a humanitarian disaster, blockade them and only allow non-military cargoes in (big job inspecting all the cargoes though). Bomb all road and rail connections into the country and do it again every time they are rebuilt. Kinda hard on the Yemenis, but it would get the job done.

Of course, you’d have to keep doing it, indefinitely. But they are going to have to keep trying to intercept the missiles indefinitely too.

  2. What’s interesting about this is the distance to hit this port in Yemen was further than targets in iran. That sends a strong message to Iran indirectly that “we can reach you”.

  3. I feel for the yemeni people. I’m happy that the houtis are severely impacted. may every one of the houtis them rot in hell for all time.

  4. A reminder that the Houthis are still holding the Galaxy Leader’s mostly Filipino crew hostage.
