Sadly I doubt his dad even had much to do with the lax term. Didn’t one of the recent high profile kid killing parents get similar
The boy was in the footwell behind the driver’s seat, so no car seat. The driver reversed the seat back onto the little boy and ignored his cries. I cannot even comprehend such cruelty.
Described as a “fit of anger”, suggesting this was a punishment of some kind for “bad” behaviour. The whole thing is just frightening, this man legitimately should never be allowed near children.
