Nice picture. Question if anyone is in the know. Do independent retailers have a lower rates than the big retailers? Or would it be illegal for a council/government in Europe to charge different rates to retailers?

Beautiful photo. I love the atmosphere in this arcade and I can feel it from this photo. I love the high roof with natural light coming through the roof. I wish there were more spots like this in Dublin City.
Only just noticing the girl draped over the bonnet of the truck in the back there outside the florist.
Wonder what that’s about.
If the took out the stalls in the middle today the area could really nice , dont get me wrong it has a charm to it today but if they went back to this it not feel overcrowded and I would take my time to look in the shops , sadly I only use the area as a short cut
