2. Controversial take incoming. Honestly y’all need to re-think if owning a house is really even worth it at all. I recently thought about it in lenght after already having a strong gut-feeling that owning a house does not interest me and I came up with a whole list of reasons why I personally do NOT ever want to own a house and why it might not be a good idea anymore nowadays for a lot of other people as well.

   Luxembourg is utterly obsessed with the goal of owning a house as if this will solve all your issues in life, as if it is the holy grail of life itself. Maybe do some research for all the pros and contras of owning a house, check what are your real life goals and you might find that you can live a happy life without ever owning a house at all.
