I got banned from /r/therewasanattempt yesterday for saying the police acted appropriately. What did she expect blocking traffic, a police vehicle no less? She’s just asking for it.

Did she really think she could just scream on a loud microphone in the middle of the street in a quiet and tranquil city and get away with it? Especially as a foreigner (given her accent and that she’s speaking English in a non English speaking country) this is an insane level of entitlement
This happened in the end of May beginning of June in Lund, Sweden. She is protesting against the police taking down a camp that a pro Palestina movement had for some time (maybe a month) in one of the parks in Lund (Lundagård). Some days later they had a ceremony for the students that got their phd and in that ceremony they are shoyting with a canon.
The official reason it got removed was that it had became a permanent settlement. Which probably was kind of true.
Dont know why it is getting viral now.
