I get the idea that survey is geared towards corporate clients and employee placement, but all of the cities in the top of the rankings are great cities in a variety of ways.
Vienna is a wonderful city. Surprisingly affordable, excellent sights, culture & architecture. The healthcare and infrastructure is amazing too.

The absolute only reason Dublin is anywhere near the top 50 is because it’s the HQ of a tax haven country. The only people who think Dublin is great are deluded dubs and they’re in the minority.
