  1. Kamala raised $81 million in the first 24 hours. She was a prosecutor for many years (sometimes liberals complained she was too conservative). She was elected District Attorney of San Francisco, and then reelected. Then she was elected Attorney General of California, and then reelected (supervising 5,000 employees). She prosecuted both violent and white-collar crime. During the 2008 financial crisis caused by "too big to fail" banks, she won $20 billion (yes, Billion) for California homeowners impacted by the crisis.

Biden trots her out primarily to talk about abortion and civil rights, but actually she knows a lot about domestic economic issues and has spent a fair amount of time in Eastern Europe.

  2. As host described Farion’s position – “who was against russian-speaking soldiers joining the armed forces of Ukraine” – this is wrong. She was against them continuing not being Ukrainian-speaking, not against them joining.

Navalny was a dumpster fire, xenophob and chauvinist, totally useless and harmful because he, just like prigozhin, wanted to make russian reich more efficient by fighting corruption.

  3. Astronaut Mark Kelly is Senator from Arizona and would be fantastic. He spearheaded the Ukrainian F-16 training program in Arizona, is strong on Ukraine, NATO, and the border, yet votes for all the bills progressives love. He has a wide appeal across political divides.

  4. I respect and listen to your podcast all the time, but even a fan must admit that the reporting from the Russian house (or whatever that wreched place in Berlin is called) is pretty sloppy. What did Mr. Roland expect to see upon his arrival – Russian spies hiding in corners? He should have interviewed the workers and asked them where they stand on the war, or at least examine the kind of Russian cultural events this center promotes…. And for the 100th time, borscht is recognized a Ukrainian dish by UNESCO, Russia appropriated even that

  5. Small bone to pick -borshch is a traditional Ukrainian soup, yet another example of russia stealing Ukrainian heritage.

  6. Trump is a businessman, not a politician. He knows nothing about geo-politics. He’s a populist who makes loads of broken promises. Where’s the wall ? Did Mexico pay for it ?

  7. Aus is screwed. A tilt away from the Pacific, means Aus is screwed….maybe it was anyway! It has no Military to speak of, and EVERY government within the last 50 years is to blame. They ALL relied on the US for protection, and now the US are stretched to breaking point. With Socialist Governments in Aus disarming the populace, the people will have little to no protection! Bearing in mind it takes about six months to train an effective Infantry Unit, how's the Commonwealth Government going to equip and train conscripts/volunteers when the Nation is under immediate threat of destruction/invasion. They hardly have the ewapons/ammunition to traing the existing small Military. Time to leave and hide in the Scottish Highlands with some friends.

  8. Interesting.
    Is our media anti Russia?

    Yes.

Does our Capitalistic led Democratic system work?

Yes, but it needs continuing growth, otherwise it withers like a plant without water and sun.

Is Russia the same as us?

No, it is not a democracy and it never has been a democracy, not even under the tzars. It is as Britain was a few generations ago.

The expansion of NATO is obvious but really it is the expansion of the capitalist democracy which requires growth to survive.

The growth is the key and bringing Ukraine into NATO will encourage growth and prosperity for most people for sure. As long as there is growth….

Russia has stopped growth in the West by invading Ukraine just as China could do in Asia.

The result is war and possibly more wars to come.

If Russia does not back down the power of the West and it’s insatiable demand for growth will lead to another World War.

Russia must back off in Ukraine for peace to be achieved.

Russia can never win even if it defeats the Ukrainians because Russia is basically anti Capitalist and corrupt and State run.

Only the Russians themselves can change the regime, just as in America or Britain.

Is it inevitable that Russia will be defeated by the Capitalist Democracies?

No for one reason and that is the Nuclear Bomb.

Russia and China has stopped the growth in the West and that is the problem.

  9. Russia is just hanging on now ,the Black Sea fleet is underwater or gone from Crimea, they are using cripples ,motorbikes, and golf carts on the front line and now taking solders phones away so they cannot tell their families how bad it is. The oil shadow fleet is now going to be stopped for having no insurance etc. Taking to long but sanctions are starting to bite.

  10. Attempted attacks by Ukrainian drones on Mi-8 and Mi-35 helicopters
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4Yg0cgcIOg
The Ukrainian army published footage of attempts to intercept Russian Mi-8 and Mi-35 helicopters with FPV drones; the drone models were not disclosed. According to experts, it is difficult for FPV drones to shoot down a helicopter due to the difference in speeds and powerful air flows from the rotors. In addition, FPV drones have a weak automatic stabilization system; it is not designed for powerful wind currents and cannot stabilize the drone’s flight. It is worth noting that there is a possibility of destroying a helicopter if the drone flies towards the helicopter on a collision course and dives down, or uses remote detonation of ammunition.
    Lamp of Knowledge

  11. Russian bots and their sycophants are going nuts with downvotes and their enlightened wisdom shared in the comments.

  12. Western Allies' Response to Russia's Aggression in Ukraine

    Republic World
Ukraine is bleeding resources and manpower each day the war against Russia continues. However, the end of the Russia Ukraine war is not yet in sight. While Western allies to Ukraine like the U.S., and NATO will not let Zelenskyy bow out, reports suggest he is ready for a ceasefire. Is it finally time for Ukraine to cut its losses and quit or will the Western Allies move over threats to Russia and finally put boots on the ground?

Watch Major General (Redt.) GD Bakshi discuss the latest developments in the Russia Ukraine War after the developments at the 75th NATO Anniversary Summit in Washington.
