  6. In a lot of ways, this conflict is like world war one in a modern theatre. A stalemate kill zone/line with brothers killing brothers for an extended period of time with no one really gaining ground or making progress, all because of a leaders desire for more power.

The only thing I cant quite get my head around is that we see all these brilliant videos of the drones decimating the Russian forces, we hear about the 1,000 plus soldiers losing their lives every day and about how demoralised the surviving ones are and we see all the equipment being destroyed and yet, still they seem to be stealing more and more land! How?
