  1. Anjem Choudary can’t be rehabilitated, he’s too far gone. Should be locked up for life.

  2. Isn’t this a bit counter intuitive? I always thought Anjem was out and about so much because he was being monitored and we could locate people of interest in his circle.

I always thought he was quite interesting to watch on TV, too. Very charismatic.

  3. NEWSFLASH – terrorist does terrorist things.

I mean the woke brigade will say it’s all racist

  4. Does this mean the piece of festering dogshit is finally going to be locked up properly?

  5. My dyslexic idiot-self thought the headline said that he was starting up a band

  6. Lefties will be annoyed, apparently mass Islam taking over the streets of the UK is great, they want more of it…

  7. He should be imprisoned indefinitely but told if another country is willing to take him he is free to leave.

  8. He should have a free choice between a 10 year sentence, or a one way plane ticket paid for to Pakistan

  9. Please let this be the thing that gets him locked up for life.

    Vile cunt.

  10. Didn’t Tommy Robinson call out this guys BS years ago? Among plenty of other things.

  11. This is difficult. If I heard tomorrow he got ran over and passed away, it wouldn’t ruin my day. But these stories seem to anger folk when we know the crime is minimal.

He’s a fraud. He encourages others but never wants to take the “journey” himself and he’s dangerous. Locking him up makes him a martyr and he clearly isn’t being rehabilitated.

In these cases they need to deploy someone to discredit him. Would rather listen to moderate Muslims given a platform to explain why this ass hat should be ignored. That’s going to serve better than sticking him in a cell and then releasing him next week due to the lack of space

  12. > One of his supporters, Khaled Hussein, 29, from Edmonton, Canada, was also found guilty of ALM membership. He was detained while arriving at Heathrow Airport – also on 17 July last year.
Both men will be sentenced on 30 July.

Why is a foreign national being locked up? Just because Brit law has outlawed an organisation doesn’t mean that applies to anybody else. It sounds like overreach at best. This isn’t specifically about this org itself so much as whether Brit law can be enforced on foreign citizens or former citizens.
