So I sold this mic to a guy, he wanted to pick it up and when he came he didn’t go to my house but asked me to meet him at a gas station near my house, so I did. I told him multiple times that he can test the mic at my house and it’d be no problem for me but he didn’t want to do that and drove home.

Now he’s telling me he will sue me because the mic is broken or something? It 1000% percent worked when I had it. What do I do

    He won’t sue, he’s just hoping you fold and he rips you off (he wants either to pay less or all his money back and give you a broken mic in return)

    If you’re afraid he really goes through with a lawsuit: document everything. Screenshot all communication (especially Whatsapp/Telegram so he can’t delete his messages).

  4. Its private sale he buys as seen and if he didnt test it when you said he could he lost every rest of a Chance he can go f himself.

  5. private sales like this have no guarantee or right to return for the buyer. its german/ EU law. he could sue if it was obvious that you sold a broken item as working but in this case you should definitely not worry… hes just trying to scam you or/and is an idiot

    if u got the chat which is saying he can join ur house to test it, and HE declines that, you are safe at all costs.

  7. We are not america. If someone tells you he will sue you that is bullshit or he wanted to do that all along which means he wanted to rip you off.

  8. Nothing that guy is 100% in the wrong. You a private person sold to another he didn’t want to do due diligence in testing it. You say it works he says it doesn’t. Clear case imo.
