The general consensus among western military commentators is that Russia has a vast pool of conscripts but that Russia does not have a large number of well-trained and experienced troops and junior officers/NCOs.

The problem with videos like these is it makes it look like Russia is fighting a war of attrition against the US, China or India, when they are actually fighting Ukraine. By the time Russia does actually run out of soldiers Ukraine will have already run out of men much earlier.
You better hope Putin doesn’t run out of soldiers. Because they’ve got insane levels of nuclear technology.
