Putin Is “Guilty As Hell”: Mother Of MH17 Victim Hopes For Further Convictions

Ten years after Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 was shot down over Ukraine, the families of victims continue to seek justice. Selene Fredriksz, the mother of a victim from the Netherlands, hopes for more accountability, asserting, “You have to have hope.” The Dutch-led investigation determined that a Buk missile system, provided by the Russian military, caused the crash. In 2022, a Dutch court convicted Igor Girkin, Sergei Dubinsky, and Leonid Kharchenko, but many questions remain unanswered. Despite the verdict, families of victims seek further justice. Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied involvement and blames Ukraine. Despite the verdict families of victims seek further justice.

  1. Just to you know – the Dutch Hague court believes that MH17 was shot down by mistake. Moreover – court DID NOT establish Buk's (and crew) belonging to the Russian army. It was ruled only that "the Buk-TELAR was brought from Russia." But now a lot of west weapons (incl. Dutch) are being imported to Ukraine. Is West (Dutch) be held responsible for the deaths of civilians in Ukrainian war?

  2. As standard: Russians don't know anything.
This has been the same for decades. It's always a different diet that did it.
It will be very difficult to believe Russians in the future.
I'm afraid they don't care about that.

  3. Saya sebagai rakyat Malaysia, saya memang menyokong komuniti antarabangsa untuk menyiasat dalang yang terlibat dalam insiden tersebut. Lebih-lebih lagi apabila ia melibatkan pesawat negara kami.

  4. Who could've seen the difference between a Boeing and a Su-25, as they look practically identical 🙈

  5. Shot down over former territory of Ukraine and not russia. How dumb can anyone be to route a domestic flight over a war zone. 🤷‍♂️

  6. Following these murders the Australians proposed a peace keeping force in Ukraine. Not one NATO country agreed to support the proposal so it was forgotten. How different events might have been in Ukraine if NATO wasn’t made up of strategic dimwits.

  7. A majority of the forces in Donetsk was always Russian. The Seperatist leaders where just there to give legitimacy and many have since the full scale war started spirited away by Russia.

  8. 😄😄😄😜😜😜😜🤪🤪🤪🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉

  9. 2 Su-25 shot the MH-17 plane, If it was buk there would be a smoke plume for 10 minutes. That would be filmed.

Also, i found a interview on Patrick Lancaster channel where he interviews 2 people walking who saw it happen, they heard 2 jets coming in.

Also there are news outlets that confirm that 2 SU-25 were shot down by the rebels at the time that MH-17 was shot down.

Its very likely its a inside job of the Cia and Bandera Ukrainian government to give them a reason to blame everything on Russia like the war.

    NATO is terrorist!!

  10. Before they realized it was a commercial passenger jet, Russian state TV was bragging about having shot down a Ukrainian jet. They quickly hid the 3 Buk systems back in Russia afterward.

  11. Putin does things like this intentionally so he can then simply and easily lie and shift the blame to his enemy to weaken support for them. His moves are very calculated. He is ex-KGB after all. He cannot win conventionally and with the truth so he lies and plays very dirty. Trump is following the same play book and so did Hitler.

  13. The downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 on July 17, 2014, was a complex tragedy involving multiple factors, including the flight path over a conflict zone and the actions of those who fired the missile.

Here are some key points to consider regarding the incident:

    Flight Path and Regulations
    1. **Flight Path Compliance**: MH17 was flying along a route that was commonly used by commercial airlines at the time. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) had not issued a prohibition against flying over eastern Ukraine, though there were advisories about the conflict in the region.

    2. **Airspace Restrictions**: Ukrainian authorities had restricted flights below 32,000 feet (9,750 meters) in the conflict zone. MH17 was flying at 33,000 feet (10,060 meters), just above this restriction.

    Blame and Accountability
    1. **Airlines and Authorities**: Some critics argue that airlines and aviation authorities should have exercised more caution, given the known conflict in eastern Ukraine. However, airlines rely heavily on advisories and restrictions issued by international and national aviation authorities when planning routes.

    2. **Missile Launch**: The primary blame for the tragedy falls on those who fired the missile. Investigations, including those by the Dutch Safety Board and the Joint Investigation Team, concluded that MH17 was shot down by a Buk surface-to-air missile launched from a region controlled by pro-Russian separatists.

    Public Reaction and Perceptions
    1. **International Condemnation**: The incident led to widespread condemnation of Russia and the separatists, based on the evidence that the missile was launched from territory under their control. This reaction is also influenced by broader geopolitical tensions between Russia and the West.

    2. **Disinformation and Propaganda**: The incident became a focal point for propaganda and disinformation, with various parties presenting conflicting narratives. This has contributed to differing perceptions and attributions of blame.

    Conclusion
While it is valid to question the decisions regarding the flight path over a conflict zone, the broader context and the direct cause of the tragedy point towards those who fired the missile as bearing primary responsibility. The hatred or strong reactions against Russia are shaped by the findings of international investigations and the geopolitical context in which this incident occurred.
