All the tourists should go there to take selfies, as close to the crater as possible, facing away from it
The new ring is being forged
That’s how you know it’s Taco Tuesday
Oh my gosh olha lá
Any danger for the locals?
There will soon be Pompeii 2.0
It never looks like the eruption from animations, where it pushes thousand of million of m2 of lava /s
Like Sicily needed to get hotter I guess?
Beautiful video. Amazing force.
Turn that shit off, no wonder its fukin 40+ C° out here
Wow that thing is cooking! I was there in 98 and it glowed brightly all day and especially at night. There was black ash on absolutely everything though.
The what?
It’s where Zeus buried Enceladus. When earthquake was happening at our early years, we’d hold the Giant Enceladus as the culprit.
That’s why in the news we use both Greek words, “Seismos hit” or “Enceladus hit”. We use the first term when the earthquake is happening horizontally, the second when happening vertically.
Nice video, by the way. Majestic Lava.
Crazy to see what’s lying very near below our feet compared to our known beautiful and friendly nature with rivers, flowers, plants animals which we see daily
Lmao there was a piece of something on my screen and as I scrolled down it looked like an eagle flying towards the volcanoes. I sat there waiting like omg what is doing, how is this bird so unphased
Someone knows how close tourists can get to the national park near the Etna when there’s an eruption?
I’d love to see it one day, although I imagine the views in Catania are already beautiful.
Beautifully my ass!
The city is full of volcanish ash… again.
We were barely done with the cleaning from the last time (about 10 days ago)
😥
>erupting beautifully
Never thought I’d hear these words together
My friend who leaves in Catania and has to shovel ashes from gutters, car, driveway and balconies would like to disagree with OP’s definition of “beautifully”.
