I mean, it’s kind of hard to call in favor when you’re constantly antagonize the nation. It will be like USA complain India is buying russian oil, when USA has been supporting pakistan instead of india. You got to build up the favor before you call it.

No, if ”a country” sees ”another country” act incoherently, it can very well enlighten it without being condescending, judgemental or impolite, but direct to the point and straight. But then again China is like 2 billion ppl, who knows what ”they” are aware about, care about, and value.
