29. I love those Reddit comments on posts of celebrity news articles where redditors talk about past run ins with said celebrities, so here’s mine with Rosanne Barr.

    I was living in LA, working at a supplement shop in Venice and Rosanne Barr walks in and I’ll admit I was a little star struck (this was sometime between 2009-2012 so before her persona went completely downhill). I ended up helping her with the things she was asking for/curious about. I don’t remember what exactly she was asking for supplement but I remember her being genuinely curious and continuing to ask questions, and the whole interaction/exchange with her lasted at least 30 min to an hour.

    I remember the more I spoke to her, teaching her about the different supplements and what they do, the more curious she became but also I started to see her let little conspiracy unhinged borderline racist comments slide. By the time I get to the check out counter with her, thinking she’s gonna buy a bunch of shit she busts out and says to me, “where can I get the good stuff though, like some oxys”.

    She ended up buying nothing and I realized I wasted my time and Rosanne Barr was a conspiracy nut who is also a junkie.

30. It’s like why my mother complains that I don’t talk to her anymore. Why put myself through the misery of dealing with your bullshit?
