The soldiers of the 79th separate airborne assault brigade of the Tavria repelled one of the largest Russian assaults in the entire period of full-scale war in the Kurakhove direction.
The occupying army simultaneously used 11 tanks, 45 armored combat vehicles with troops, and 1 Terminator tank support vehicle. The Russians also attacked on motorcycles – 12 “riders” left.
The enemy columns moved out to attack at dawn. The assault began from several directions at once.
Aerial reconnaissance of the 79th discovered Russian vehicles far away on the outskirts. Our artillery immediately began to work on the occupiers’ battle lines.
The first tanks and armored combat vehicles were stopped by our attack drone operators. Then the anti-tankers joined the battle. Many vehicles exploded on mines insidiously placed by the 79th Brigade sappers.
As a result of the battle, our paratroopers shot down 6 tanks and 7 armored personnel carriers with infantry. All 12 motorized bikes were burned. The Russians suffered huge losses in manpower: 40 Russians were killed and another 37 wounded.
After the first tanks and armored vehicles were hit, the rest of the equipment fled the battlefield. Our pilots finished off the infantry that scattered to the landings with dive bombing.”

Wow this is crazy. Looks almost like their failed attempts to take Vuhledar in the winter of 2023. I wonder when this battle took place
3 days they said.
We need to get Ukraine enough ordinance so the next time these mass attacks happen, every single tank and armoured veichle gets destroyed.
