Stupid sexy egg yolks

YES breakfast bagels!
This is exactly what I do. I crack a bit of salt on top of the yoke after it bursts to make it less runny. That way it doesn’t all just pour down the sides after you take a bite.
Cook some black pudding and streaky bacon, poach your egg, toast the bagel and then spread the pudding as a base layer, then bacon and then the egg. Gorgeous.
Now I need to go to confession, thanks.
