I think the discrepancy in number of cars theoretically removed in a year and the number of cars entering in just one day shows how polluting these cars are, and, despite its success, how lax ULEZ actually is.
Good! I live in zone 2 and walk into zone 1 every day breathing that air. It’s noticeably better than a few years ago.
