  1. If you look up the driving distances between Chiavenna to Genua and between Sälen to Gävle you’ll see that we are not that different from each other.

    I still prefer pineapple

  2. I don’t trust people who live more than 50 km from the coast

  3. My friend, being landlocked means nothing when the sea is still within driving distance.

  4. I live in the quadruple landlock but the lakes are a welcoming break, especially since I sail

  5. What’s the point being close to the sea if it’s cold and murky?

  6. Imagine still being connected to the continent by land.

  7. If the main indicator of Life quality Is stsying in the Sea I finally understand why every service, Infrastrutture or Activity Is medievali where you are. Pro tip, if you evolve from the 1200 you can work, live in human condition, and go live near the Sea in the Summer.

  8. Can walk to the sea from my house. Cannot Imagine not being near the sea

  9. Somebody tell OP that the enforcements of in-state borders and tariffs were dropped somewhere during the unification of Italy in the mid 19th century and he is free to take his horse and cart loaded with various types of cheese and produce to any port city without paying a single lira.

  10. I hate landlocked places, it’s just a sadder way to live

  11. The sea kinda sucks, big mountains is where it’s at, and we actually get snow too

  12. (red area here)

We have amazing lakes and we don’t miss the sea

  13. Imagine your town not smelling like dead fish and seagull shit. Yes it’s possible.
